  My family and I were so disappointed in New Rosemont with the quality of their services. The chairs for the family to sit in were absolutely filthy. There weren't enough chairs for the family to sit in either, so some had to stand. Everyone noticed. It was so embarassing. It was not the funeral home's fault either, since the chairs, tent, etc. is the responsibility of the cemetery. It was a disgrace.
